Technical Background
During the first stage of pulsation and vacuum, certain microbes can lead to the creation of aerosol and are discharged into the environment with the cooling air. This causes biosafety hazards when working with the pollutant, leading to users needing to take preventative measures at the discharge port.
Equipment Features
The pressure steam sterilizer is made of corrosion resistant 316L material. The common sterilization liner in 304 stainless steel does have a slight risk of corrosion from chloride ions and high temperature (above 120℃) environments.
Before sterilization, the pre-vacuum and heating goes through the high precision filter, and discharges into the exhaust air duct after installation sterilization to eliminate safety hazards.
The horizontal cylindrical pressure steam sterilizer is equipped with a special sealed isolation structure, and enables bio-isolation of the front and rear equipment. It achieve the same effects as Class III biological safety laboratories.
Isolating front and rear ends use a sealed aerial socket to ensure the excellent isolation and sealing effect. With a sterilization filter to prevent secondary pollution, the steam sterilizer also has an integrity detection interface.
Waste water and waste gas inactivation systems are optional.
