Application Range
This sterilization machine is used to sterilize herbal medicine using saturated steam as the sterilizing medium.

Safety System
The saturated steam sterilizer has multiple safety features, including over pressure protection, low water level protection, overload and short circuit protection, all of which ensure the overall safety of the machine.

Heat Emission Protection
The sterilizer’s chamber is covered with mineral wool in order to avoid heat emission.

Technical Specifications
Chamber
The chamber is made of SS304. It is designed and manufactured according to Chinese standard GB-150 and inspected by the National Technical Inspection Department in China.

1. The inner surface of the chamber is finely polished, smooth, corrosion proof and easy to clean.
2. The sterilization equipment has an over-pressure safety device, which is safe and reliable.

Door Structure
1. The sterilizer is an automatic door operated machine. The door opens and closes using motors, and is made of SS304.
2. The doors are sealed using compressed air.
3. Double door structure: The sterilizer features a double door safety interlock system. When the door is not closed, steam can’t enter the chamber. When the steam pressure in the chamber is more than 0.027Mpa, the door will not open, and the front and back doors can’t be open at the same time.

Pipeline System
1. The pipeline system is composed of the control valve, pipelines and filter. It also features the energy transfusion and controlling channels of the sterilizer.
2. The controlling valve is a pneumatic valve, with the advantages of a strong heat resistance performance, reliable operation and a low fault rate, all ensuring the overall performance of the herbal medicine sterilizer.
3. The pipelines are connected by stainless steel pipelines. The system uses a hoop fitting, which is easy to install, maintain and inspect.
4. The pipeline is polished, smooth, and easy to clean.
5. The air filter uses a sterile filter, which prevents second contamination of the medicine.

PLC
The control system is operated using a PLC control from Mitsubishi. The entire system is reliable and precise, ensuring the overall performance and sterilizing effect.

Touch Screen
1. The control system has an HMI, which includes functions for multiple sterilizing processes for users to choose from, setting sterilization parameters, display the parameters and cycle phases, print sterilization records, and allowing hand operation.
2. The micro printer is used to record and print key parameters, including time, temperature and pressure during the operation process, making it easy for users to file and analyze technical data.

Printer
The entire printing system has over current, overloading, and power leaking protection systems.

Vacuum System
1. The vacuum system is used to dispose of the cool air, ensuring a uniform temperature distribution in the chamber and sterilization results. It is a key component in the vacuum drying process.
2. The vacuum system of the sterilizer is composed of the liquid ring vacuum pump, vacuum valve and pipelines. Among each of these, the pump is the key component. The vacuum system has a number of advantages, including stable operation, low noise, high vacuum and a fast air suction speed, ensuring the overall sterilization effect and machine performance.

Sterilizing Programs
The sterilizer has two operation modes: manual and automatic- users can choose according to self-requirements.

Loading Ways
The sterilizing trolley is put into the sterilizer chamber using a carriage after trays have been loaded.
