GT7C5 series double layer horizontal sterilizers are a combination of the lower GT7C5 horizontal sterilizer and an upper water storage tank. They are widely used for can sterilization in food, pharmaceutical, textile, bamboo, and wood industries.
The double layer design saves water. In a single layer sterilizer, the used water is discharged after a single sterilization process. In double layer sterilizers, the used water is pumped back to the water storage tank and is recycled for use in sterilizing the next round of products.
