Product characteristics
1. The classifier adopts the design of low wear and streamline which greatly lowers the operation cost. The power consumption is about 20% lower than classifiers of the same kind while the classifying efficiency is raised 15%.
2. The size of the particle distributes accurately. The cutting point of the powder product can be adjusted according to different demands. It can keep the narrow particle distribution.
3. The classifier can adjust the rotating speed of the classifying wheel or the opening of the air valve. The fineness of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can produce ultrafine powder with D97 in 3um to 10um and D50 in 0.8um.
4. Our product adopt the design of strong turbine classifying. The classifying blade is placed horizontally. There are two optional structures: single leaf wheel and multiple leaf wheel. It is applicable to the large scale industrial classified production of fine powder from 400 mesh to 6000 mesh.
5. Our products can be divided into different individual classifying system and be used alone respectively. They can be connected to all kinds of powder grinding mills(such as ball mill, impact mill, vibration mill, vertical mill, jet mill and stirred mill) directly and form a closed manufacture system.
6. The whole set of classifier equipment adopts PLC touch screen intelligent control. The operation parameters such as temperature, production rate, rotating speed and pressure can be displayed real time and be adjusted and controlled.
7. The classifier has realized perfect combination with the control systems with the grinding mills such as ultraultrafine powder vertical roller mill, Raymond mill, ball mill and stirred mill. Or it can be regarded as a set of central control system itself.

Working principal
The screw feed machine send the powder in the hopper to the air pipe with the flow controlled by the computer. The powder material and main air flow would be fully mixed before being sent to the classifier.

The main air flow filled with powder first enter the volute chamber at the bottom of the classifier. The powder undergoes pre-classifying process under the effect of whirlpool force of the main air flow of the volute chamber and the centrifugal force produced by the ascending air flow in the pre-classifying chamber. The powder which are coarser are picked out and would fall down from the bottom of the classifier and become second-class product after classifying.

Second-class gas flow are inhaled by the lower part of the pre-classifying chamber. Fine powder is selected from the coarse powder. The air flow which contains finer powder granule is taken to the final classifying area. The powder selection process is conducted in the automatic classifying machine by the three or more classifier wheels.

In the classifying area, the powder whose granule is larger than the critical filtering point would be sent back to the pre-classifying room under the effect of centrifugal force, fluid resistance and gravity. The powder whose granule is larger than the critical filtering point would be taken out of the classifier with the air flow. The fan takes the fine powder contained in the air from the classifier and it is collected by the pulse bed filter as the finished product.

Part of the gas would be emitted into the air from the discharging pipe of the equipment so that the classifying system can work properly. The other air would make use of the main air flow circularly.

The fine powder collected by the bag filter and the coarse powder in the classifier chamber would be sent to a certain product warehouse through the conveying system according to the product regulations. The packaging machine is under the product warehouse.
