Automatic static retort is designed for sterilizing food products packaged in plastic containers (PP bottles, HDPE bottles), flexible pouches (aluminum foil bags, vacuum bags, oven bags), and rigid containers (tinplate cans, aluminum cans, glass bottles).

Features

Automatic loading and unloading system
Cooling water doesn't contact with process water, which avoids secondary food contamination
Predetermined sterilization temperature can be quickly achieved to perform high temperature sterilization in a short time.
Due to precise pressure control, the pressure can be adjusted in the entire sterilization process to adapt to the change of internal pressure of product packaging, ensuring minimal deformation.
Head (end cap) processed with cold forming undergoes vibration aging, avoiding deformation caused by stress during operation.
The surface of stainless steel retort body is processed by sand grinding, enabling it to have high hardness and good corrosion resistance to chlorine added in the cooling water.
Equipped with SIEMENS control system
The entire sterilization process is controlled by the PLC control system; even thermal distribution is ensured throughout the retort, with a tolerance of ±0.5℃; multi-stage heating available; optionally equipped with F value measurement function; 250 sterilization formulas can be stored.
