C75 C purlin machine is used for cold-formed forming of 75mm-width C purlins, stub and truss profiles. This rolling former comes with a maximum line production speed of 30m/min and has the capacity to roll materials with a thickness from 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm.

Details
  • In order to ensure the quality, rollers are manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCr15 and are processed with CNC lathes and heat treatment. Hard-chrome coating is optional. With a feeding material guide roller, the body frame is welded with 400# H type steel for longer service life.

  • Cutters of the hydraulic post-cutting system are made by heat treated Cr12MoV steel.
