Stone grinding machines are the core pieces of equipment in a stone processing factory. Fully understanding the characteristics of the following three kinds of stone grinding machines will make your work more efficient and precise.

First type: bridge type stone grinding machine

Bridge type stone grinding machines are designed based on manual grinding machines according to the grinding and polishing principle in the stone processing line.

The voltage of bridge type stone grinding machine is generally 220V or 380V, the power is usually between 3.5 and 7.5KW and the weight is generally 210kg-310kg. When the equipment is used to process marble, the grinding disc rotational speed is 480 revolutions / min. When processing granite, the grinding disc rotational speed is 1700 revolutions / min.

The advantages of the bridge type stone grinding machine are:
  • Large weight
  • A wide range of abrasives can be used
  • Large grinding force on the ground
  • High construction efficiency
Second type: Single grinding head disc stone grinding machine

The voltage of the single grinding head disc stone grinding machine is 220V, the power is usually between 1.5-2.5KW, the rotational speed is generally 150-300 revolutions / mins and the weight is generally between 45kg-100kg.

The machine is suitable for small area construction.

Third type: Multi grinding heads stone grinding machine

The multi grinding heads stone grinding machine is designed based on the working principle of the bridge type stone grinding machine and the single grinding head disc stone grinding machine.

The voltage of the multi grinding head stone grinding machine is 220V or 380V, the power is generally between 3.5-7.5kw, the grinding head speed is between 1500 to -2600 / min (the general speed is 600 / min), and the weight is between 140kg-350kg.

The multi grinding head stone grinding machine is characterized by simple operation and high safety.
