Description:
Air to air shock test chambers are used to determine how well materials hold up under a sharp temperature change, in terms of determining how much physical and chemical damage results from a sudden temperature change, and determining their resistance to said changes.

Air to Air Shock Test Chambers have both hot and cold zones. Samples are placed in a movable basket, and an air cylinder will move the basket up and down in those zones, thus exposing the samples to constant shock resulting from a top to bottom temperature change. Testable materials include metal, plastic, rubber and more. Researchers can improve products based on the test results. The air to air shock test chamber is widely used for electronics, instrument manufacturing, aviation industries and more.

Features

  • KOMEG only uses German Bock or Bitzer semi-hermetic compressors, which ensures the environmental test chamber quality.
  • KOMEG uses pipe bending machines to manufacture the compressor elbows, which reduces welding by a 1/3, as well as machine stoppage.
  • A reasonable circuit system design and neatly placed wires ensure any repairs that might need to take place can be easily done.
  • The LAN interface allows users to remotely control the chamber using a computer.
  • By using the air to air shock test chamber, users can expose the samples to high/low temperature conditions, or sharp temperature changes.
  • After setting the starting up time, KOMEG's air to air shock test chamber will automatically pre-heat, pre-cold or enter a standby mode.
  • Customers can freely set the air circulation frequency and defrosting frequency. Customers can also choose automatic or manual defrosting processes.
  • We worked with Peking University to develop the test chamber controller. It ensures the machine program is written more simply, and allows more system alarms to be saved in the machine memory for later review.
  • The chamber's inner tank is made of 304 and 316 stainless steel. The air to air shock test chamber's volume can be changed according to customer requirements.
