Filter Bag Caps and Spring Assemblies
During the manufacturing process of the filter bag caps and spring assemblies, we have implanted continuous welding techniques, achieving no large welding slags, splashes or dust. For key parts, we use grinding machines to ensure the welding strength and leak proof performance complies with industrial standards.
The filter bag caps are composed of the rod, chain, tension spring and compressed spring. The filter bag itself is hung on the beam of the dust machines, providing tension for the filter bag. In addition, we offer various sets for customers to choose from.
Filter bag caps are usually used for hoisting and sealing of filter bags in dust removal machines. They find utilization in places that require a low filtering speed and large dust removal instruments, including cement plants, steel and iron factories, chemical plants, metallurgy plants and wood working plants.
