Sodium of Polyaspartic Acid (PASP)

CAS. 181828-06-8, 35608-40-6

Application

The PASP is a water soluble polymer. It is also a green water treatment agent that is phosphate-free, non-toxic, pollution-free and completely biodegradable. It has a strong ion chelating ability and plays a dual role of corrosion and scale inhibitor. It works on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate, and calcium phosphate. Its calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate can be up to 100%.

The PASP is also a scale dispersant and can effectively prevent corrosion of metal equipment. It is an alternative to phosphorus water treatment agent to avoid water eutrophication and secondary pollution.
