Electrode ionization (EDI) technology:

EDI induces directional migration of the ions under the electric field through a permselectivity between anions and cations as well as the exchange interaction between an ion exchange resin and ions to achieve a deep water purification and desalination. A hydrion and hydroxyl water electrolysis regenerate resin is then generated.
