The Q3HB64MA equal-angle, constant-torque subdivision driver is suitable to drive various 3-phase hybrid stepper motors whose maximum current is 5.8 A and outside diameter is from 42 to 86 mm. Our product adopts a circuit which is similar to the circuit of servo control in theory. This circuit enables the stepper motor to run smoothly with almost no vibration or noise at low speed and to output larger torque than two or five-phase hybrid stepper motors at high speed.

This drive is widely applied in the medical equipment, robots, instrumentation, engraving machines, laser marking machines, and other high-resolution, small-sized CNC equipment.

2. There are 16 levels of equal angle constant torque subdivision. The maximum positioning accuracy is up to 60,000 steps/revolution.

5. The driving current can be adjusted continuously from 0.5 A/phase to 5.8A/phase.
6. When the no step pulse command is received for 100 ms, the coil current will be automatically halved.
7. The bipolar constant current chopping mode is adopted.
8. Optically isolated signal input/output is supported.
