FDC series automatic die punching machine is typically fabricated to cut paper blanks for manufacturing paper cups, paper bowls, paper plates, and other disposable paper products.
This die punching machine is suitable for precise die cutting of roll paper with thickness of 150-350gsm, while the wastes are collected simultaneously.

Configured with microcomputer, human machine interface (HMI) and servo motor, this die punching machine can guarantee precise positioning and robust sidewall and bottom pieces of paper cups. Thereby the stable running at cycle speed of up to 380 strokes per minute can be ensured.
Lubrication system is adopted to regularly lubricate main drive, thus reducing the friction and prolonging the service life of the machine. It can be set to lubricate for 10 seconds every 6 minutes.
The force of die cutting is sourced from reliable variable frequency drive of 5.5kW, which can cut down energy consumption and achieve stepless speed regulation. When used along with large flywheel, a strong and stable cutting force will be generated with more significant energy savings. Besides, two rocker arms are fitted to provide great convenience for operators during die changeover operation, while ensuring more stable pressure and higher performance.
The combination of stepper motor and photoelectric sensor can efficiently identify various colors, offering high accuracy positioning and perfect target matching.
Control panel: variable frequency drive unit is used for main motor operation, featuring low energy consumption and high efficiency. PLC and HMI: screen shows machine running status and data, and all parameters can be set through the screen.
Electrical control system: by using microcomputer to control, encoder for angle measuring and photoelectric sensor for tracking, the entire process from paper feeding, conveying, punching and delivery is automatically controlled. Automatic paper tension control is available.
Feeding unit adopts air shaft to unwind rolls of paper, tension control for adjustment of unwinding speed, and hydraulic system to support paper load of 1.5T. The diameter of paper roll can be up to 1.5m.
Punching dies are made of high grade materials imported from Switzerland, which are featured by long lifespan of 400 million times usage. They can be ground for 4-5 times utilizing surface grinder after using for a period of time. Each punching die has 4 die cavities for flexible adjustment.
