The Bystronic precision press brake tooling is an American style tooling, which is compatible with press brake machines from Bystronic-Beyeler RFA, Bystronic-Beyeler RF, Bystronic-Beyeler R and Bystronic-Beyeler S, etc.

  • Based on our rich experience in press brake tooling production, the following three optimum materials are recommended to satisfy your high quality requirements. Other materials can also be customized to fit your specific needs.
      42CrMo4, tempered to 1100 - 1200 N / mm2
      1.2312, tempered to 950 - 1100 N / mm2
      C45, tempered to 800 - 850 N / mm2
  • Bending radius and intake radius are hardened up to 45-50RC.
  • The Bystronic press brake tooling features high universality. After the length or bend angle is being adjusted or via the adapters, the press brake tooling is applicable on any other press brake machines.

Sectionalized service is available. For example, length 500 mm punches can be sectionalized into 10 segments (100 mm, 25 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm, 100 mm). The punches can also be provided as a complete set.

Dies sectionalized service is available. For example, length 550 mm dies can be sectionalized into 9 segments (25 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm, 200 mm). The dies can also be delivered as a complete set.
