This customer operates a family-owned factory that has been engaged in the production of labels for 40 years. The factory primarily produces labels from BOPP film and adhesive tape used for the edible oil industry. In order to increase production capacity and overall competitiveness, they decided to purchase flexographic equipment to replace their outdated letterpress printing equipment. They wanted a printer that did not produce excessive material waste and with stable operation when debugging. They also wanted a machine that was durable.
The F5 flexo printing machine produced by Bengraphic can complete the assembly of four-color printing ink cassettes, anilox rollers, and bearings within five minutes when we first visited company in January 2016. The machine only wasted 25 meters of material when the debugging machine. A significant improvement. In addition, when visiting parts manufacturing plants and parts inspection departments, customers were attracted by our advantages such as sophisticated parts manufacturing and strict quality control processes.

They purchased F5 flexo equipment configured as an 8-color press, die cutting and cold foil in June 2016.
We have always maintained a friendly relationship with our customers. Net profit of their company increased approximately $300 thousand and they reordered a six-color flexo printing machine.
