Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant, YWCB300
The YWCB300 mobile stabilized soil mixing plant integrates complete functions of the stabilized soil mixing equipment on one trailer. It can be used for multi-grading materials measuring, mixing, and lifting, as well as the finished product storage, helping realize automatic and continuous production.
The portable stabilized soil mixing plant is characterized by compact structure, accurate measuring, optimal material mixing, and convenient equipment transfer. It is particularly suitable for long term highway construction projects.
Electrical centralized control system is equipped on the continuous mixing plant. It ensures precise control of motor speed. The control system can accurately control the total output, batching ratio of various materials, proportion coefficient etc. It also offers manual and automatic control with automatic alarm for abnormal state, and emergency stop function.
