Quick freezing tunnel freezer is used to rapidly freeze food on a large scale. Reaching the ultra-low temperature, -80℃, our freezing equipment causes minimum destruction and deformation of the cells, therefore capable of maintaining the nutrition, quality and flavors to the largest extent possible. In addition to excellent performance in freezing, our tunnel quick freezer is faster, more energy-saving, and easier to operate compared with conventional cold storage.
Applications
The tunnel freezer is ideally suitable for quick freezing of poultry (chicken nuggets, drumsticks, etc.), fish and seafood (salmon, groundfish, scallops, etc.).
