Introductions

ZLJ-1000 underground drill rig, developed based on the original vertical shaft geological core drilling rig in our factory, is suitable for coal mine tunnel engineering drilling and coalfield underground exploration drilling. It has the features of light weight, small size, good disassembly performance and large installed power. There are two optional drilling depths: 30m and 150m.

Features

ZLJ-1000 drill rig has 4 gears of rotation speed and torque is larger at low speed, so it has wide applications.
It has long vertical feed stroke of 450mm, which is helpful to increase drilling efficiency and reduce drill plugging and drill burning accidents.
Drilling is smooth and stable and fixing is simple. High-speed drilling has good stability.
Drilling pressure gauge and hydraulic pressure gauge are combined together and oil shockproof structure is adopted. This gauge has simple drilling pressure graduation, accurate indication and long service life.
ZLJ-1000 drill rig has less control handles and the operation is flexible and reliable.
This drilling rig is designed with advanced structure and it's convenient for maintenance and repair.
