Our bottle unscramble can automatically arrange various kinds of empty plastic containers, including round bottles, square bottles, oval bottles and irregular-shape bottles, with maximum capacity of 250 bottles per minute. It can be widely fitted into packaging lines for pharmaceutical, food, supplement, candy and household chemical industries.

  • Anti-bridging hopper has large capacity of 0.6m3, with functions of bottle detection and alerting for low levels of bottles;
  • Bottle unscrambling plate is adjustable in outer circumference to suit different bottle dimensions, no need to change the unscrambling plate;
  • Servo motor is adopted to adjust the distance between two gripper belts to adapt to different bottle shapes and sizes; Food grade PU belts are used for high scratch resistance;
  • Bottle formats can be quickly and easily changed in less than 5 minutes without requiring any tools;
  • Upside down bottle rejection, pass rate can reach nearly 100%;
  • Transparent shield, stainless steel and aluminum construction, allowing for clear observation and easy cleaning;
