Huatao supplies all kinds of preheaters, which can be of two, three or multiple rolls, with diameters vary from Ø600mm, Ø800mm, Ø900mm and Ø1000mm and effective width range from 1400 mm to 2500 mm. Their wrap angles can be electrically adjusted from 60 to 270 degrees. The preheater’s rolls are precisely ground and chrome plated, allowing excellent surface finishing and durability. Besides, dished head and flat one are available for even heating effect of the paper.

Features of Preheater

Diameters of preheaters are available in 1000 mm, 1100 mm and 1200 mm;
Dished head allows even heating effect;
Corrugated board preheater rotates at a constant speed, thus to ensure even surface temperature and fully heat transferring. This design also helps to reduce heat loss and make paper durable;
Rotating joints are connected by flange;
Preheater is manufactured in accordance with national standard for pressure container, compliance certificate is also provided;
Web guide rolls are of Ø140 mm, one is fixed and the other moves outside the preheater rollers to control the heating surface. Parallelism of web guide are adjustable;
0.55 kW and 0.75 kW motors and two sets of worm gear reducer are equipped in this corrugated cardboard preheater;
