Compared with the blown film machine, SJ-50A, the film blowing machine, SJ50B has added units like vane cooling device and heat dissipation device.
Our blown film machine makes use of spiral die head, which is designed by our company and has obtained the national patents.
Made of superior alloy steel and created by chromate treatment, the charging barrel and screw of the machine feature strong resistance to abrasion, high temperature and deformation.
With frequency control, the film blowing machine has stable performance.
With automatic inflation modulation, the blown film machine is much easier to operate.
The tail frame of our machine adopts torque motor single reeling, which overcomes the shortcoming of overlength of similar machines in the domestic market, and saves much space and reduces the reject products.
