This inverter scroll chiller is a water-cooled chiller that can quickly reach the desired temperature within a short time, and achieve comfort conditions with low rotation speed and less power consumption, while ensuring lower temperature fluctuation during operation. It is an energy efficient solution for process cooling applications. The compressor doesn't need to start and stop frequently, thus providing stable running status, precise temperature control, lower sound level and prolonged service life.

Applications

Vacuum Coating
During the vacuum coating process, the temperature of the vacuum coater must be strictly controlled to ensure the high quality of parts being coated. Industrial chillers can perfectly respond to the requirements, by which the chilled water temperature can be precisely controlled within a range of 5℃-30℃, achieving high-precision and high-efficiency temperature control to ensure the correct adhesion of surface coating.

Chemical Grinding
The grinding process of the grinding machine will change the molecular structure and produce high temperature which can affect the quality of raw materials and production efficiency. The water chiller can control the temperature, resulting in increased production and keeping grinding machine from damaging.
