Ball Valve, Brass Valve
Our ball valves are generally made of CW617N or CU57-3 brass. We also produce ball valves made of CW602N, CW625N, and CW725N brass, with all internal valve parts, such as the valve spool and valve stem, made of brass. Various surface treatments are available according to customers' requirements, such as nickel plating and polished chrome plating.
We offer a wide array of ball valves, including full-bore ball valves, reduced bore ball valves and mini ball valves with a specification range of 1/2" to 4". Four different types of handles can be offered according to customers’ requirements, such as steel handle, aluminum handle, butterfly handle and ABS handle. In addition, motorized valves which involves some technical difficulty can also be supplied.
In order to ensure the leakproofness of the product, every single ball valve will be tested by using water pressure machine before sending to customers. Endurance tests for ball valves are also done frequently to make sure the products can be “open-close” for minimum 10,000 times.
