- The PU foam machine has one tank which is separated by left side and right side. The insulation material from two independent tanks flows into two sets of piston dosing pump.
- After setting up the motor of the PU foam machine , two sets of piston dosing pump start to work, the black and white liquid mixed together under certain ratio.
- The compressed air flows into the nozzle with the mixed liquid, and then changs into the atomizing material, this material will be jetted to the roof through the spray nozzle of our PU foam machine, thus spraying foam process is completed.
