- The quilted fabrics are smooth and neat, no burning, no color change.
- The equipment structure is stable and solid, with high stability during high speed operation, effectively improving the durability as well as the service life.
- The quilting speed is controlled by converter motor and can be adjusted at random. The quilting spacing of dotted lines can be arbitrarily adjusted, with a minimum of 10 cm.
- On both sides of the discharging material are equipped with ultrasonic side cutting device to cut off excess fabric on both sides.
- The rewinding device can be configured with twin-roller or air shaft.
- The ultrasonic dot line sewing quilting machine can also be served as an ultrasonic slitting machine.
