Features

We’ve developed semidry method gypsum block production line based on tradition methods to achieve better efficient. During the process, semidry gypsum injected into the cavity in a low water-powder ratio powder status, which shortens production time and saves cost. Our semidry gypsum block plant costs only 1/3 to 1/5 of the cost of aerated concrete block equipment to build in general. Our semidry gypsum block plant also features:

  • Water-powder ratio 0.28-0.3 when getting formed using semidry method (0.8-0.9 using pouring method), able to be delivered to construction site 1 day after being formed.
  • Automatic forming, conveying and packaging, personnel-saving.
  • Hydration will be finished two hours after being formed, the strength, hardness and free water content of the gypsum blocks will be qualified for packaging and palletizing.
  • Finished blocks can be nailed directly, which provides a feel of wooden texture. Blocks can be produced in standard density, or above 1200kg/m3 high density, which is qualified for sound insulation (45dB) and high strength (28-30MPa) requirements..
