Injection Mold for Front Grille
During the early stages of production, we will perform mold flow analysis, working out the flow direction and strain, providing various gating solutions for our client.
During the design stage, we will discuss details with the customer, assigning different shrinkage values in for width and length to control the product dimension.
During injection process, we test with different time injection interval using sequential control valve gate, testing with different mold temperature, and finally delivering a satisfying product for our client in time.
