The fiber opener is equipped with a large roller and multiple small rollers operating at a speed of 1400 rpm/min. The equipment is designed for the opening of various fibers ranging from 3D to 25D. Its opening rate is over 98% and the process will not damage the fibers.

The fiber opener is equipped with a metal detector to detect metal objects as small as 2mm. If it detects a metal object inside, the machine will sound an alarm and halt, automatically reversing the conveyor so that the metal contaminated materials can be removed. The machine also supports automatic material feeding.
