With nearly 10 years of experience in rotational moulding industry, we are now a leader in manufacturing aluminum rotational moulds which are free from sand holes and bubbles ensuring easy demoulding of rotomolded products without damage.
2. CNC Machining
The whole manufacturing process of rotational mouldings is controlled in a CNC system. This enables us to make high quality molds efficiently.
3. Independent Design
Chunyang boasts an independent capability of designing rotational mouldings. Our R&D team can make drawings using SOLID WORKS and PRO-ENGIN EER, and it can also complete mold design based on samples.
4. High Efficiency in Mold Making
Generally, the time (LEADTIME) for making rotational molds is 35 days.
5. OEM Strength
We are proud of more than 20 sets of exclusive equipment for roto molding, grinding and foaming, and over 50 sets of top class machining equipment including a 4.2m gantry milling machine and 8 CNC machining centers.

8. Heat Insulation or Reinforcement
As roto molding is completed, we can use foaming machine to fill in heat insulating or foam materials so as to realize heat insulation purpose or enhance product strength.
