Self Adjustable Welding Rotator, Turning Roll The self adjustable welding rotator, turning roll is a welding implement used to weld the internal and external circular seam, and internal and external longitudinal seam of cylindrical objects.  The self adjustable welding rotator, turning roll is composed of a base, driving roller, return idler, bracket, transmission device, power-driven device, etc.  The driving roller, driven by the transmission device, creates friction between driving roller and cylindrical object, which spins the object.  Horizontal-position welding of the internal and external circular seam as well as internal and external longitudinal seam can be achieved.  Our equipment allows automatic welding, increasing the welding quality, reducing labor intensity and improving work efficiency.  The self adjustable welding rotator, turning roll can be used in many areas, .i.e., manual welding, assembling cylindrical objects, etc. Features 1. Can be designed for movable type, lifting type, etc. with specially designed roller beds making welding more convenient. 6. Roller:  Black rubber, polyurethane and steel Maintenance 1. The welding rotator should be cleared before using.  Rubber rollers should be kept away from oils and heat to avoid aging.  If possible, the equipment should assigned to one specific person for operation and maintenance. 2. During installation and start up, the speed reducer must be filled with 30# machine oil, this is also necessary when the environmental temperature is below 0℃.  The oil should be completely replaced after the first month in use, then changed every six months. 3. To avoid damage to bearings, welding ground should not be placed on roller bed.
