Description

The ZS1-12kV AC metal-clad withdrawable enclosed switchgear cabinet is complete indoor power distribution equipmentsuitable for 3-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12kV. It is used for poweracceptance and distribution, circuit control, protection and detection, etc. inpower plants, transformer substations or industrial and mining establishments.

StructureInstruction

The switchgearis designed as per requirements specified in GB3906. It is composed of acubicle and a withdrawable part (handcart). Thecubicle is made of aluminum zinc-coated or galvanized steel sheets assembledusing bolts and divided into a circuit breaker compartment, busbar compartment, cable compartment and metering compartment. All the metal partsare reliably earthed. Each compartment on the major loop is available with aseparate pressure release channel. In the cable compartment, 10*60mm earth bus can be chosen.

2. It can be equipped with VS1-12(ZN63A), VD4, ZN12, 3AH, VB2 andVEP vacuum circuit breakers, VC7 vacuum contactor, etc.
3. The withdrawable enclosed switchgear cabinet canbe equipped with a PT handcart, metering handcart, isolating handcart, fusehandcart, and handcart of the same purpose, they are all interchangeable.
4. It can be mounted against the wall and accessible for maintenance in the front tosave space.
5. The circuit breaker compartment and cable compartment can be respectivelymounted with a heater to avoid condensation and corrosion.
6. The spacious cable compartment enables access of several cables.
7. The degree of protection of the enclosure is IP4X and IP2X for eachcompartment and when the door of the handcart compartment is open.
