In addition to 38% density of copper busbar and higher conductivity than pure copper, the product offers flexibility which facilitates recutting, bending and punching. What’s more, it is not liable to deformation under high temperature or high pressure. The copper clad aluminum busbar, as a good substitute for pure copper busbar, offers not only good electric conductivity, but 50% lighter weight and lower cost. Hence, the CCA busbar is widely used as an optimum replacement of the expensive copper busbar in the manufacture of various distributor boxes, transformer stations and other current-conducting equipment.

According to the customer drawings, we offer reworking service of copper clad aluminum busbar such as cutting, bending, punching and tinning using special equipment. This reduces reworking cost and waste for customers.
