2. The moving platen ascendsrapidly, clamps slowly and descends quickly. Fast-to-slow mould closing and fast-to-slow breathing can beadjusted separately (except XLB/400KN)
3. Breathing duration, breathingtimes, heating temperature and vulcanization time can all be set, resulting inconvenient operation. Both manual and semi-automatic operating modes areavailable.
4. The oil circuit configuration is reasonable and reliable. During productvulcanization molding process, the oil pump motor stops working, and it offersautomatic pressure compensation function and pump stop-delay function.
5. The adoption of patenttechnology of turn board structure open tank (Patent No.:ZL200620105181.5) makes the oil tank convenient to maintain.
6. The hydraulic cylinder uses patented cylinder composite sealing device(Patent No.:ZL03220060.3) to ensure reliable sealing.
7. The electrical system adopts full computer control. Users can choose Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC control, 5.7-inch touch screen.
