1. Our car safety belt webbing is made of 100% polyester yarn.

2. Its color options are black, gray, beige, gray, blue, etc and we can also manufacture webbings of other colors accordingto customers’ requirements. The color fastness to rubbing is at least 4 grades.

3. The width of the car safety belt webbing for regular cars is 47±0.5mm, and the thickness ranges from 1.0mm to 1.2mm. The car safety belt webbing for racing cars has two width options, 45±1.0mm and 74±1.0mm. And the thickness has three ranges, 1.6 -1.8mm, 1.5-1.7mm and 1.3-1.5mm.

4. For car safety belt webbing regarding regular cars, the breaking strength is at least 2800kg, whilefor car safety belt webbing for racing cars, the breaking strength is at least 3500kg.

5. All the webbings are packed in standard export cartons or according to clients’ specific requirements.
