The V slot formed by one mould pressing can fully match each other to make each laminate floor board appear more elegant. After being used to cover the floor, a sense of uniformity can be achieved and effectively avoids processing error of traditional V slot.

Not Easy to Accumulate Water
Because the bottom of the V slot formed by one mould pressing is shallow and narrow, experiments show it can produce bubble when being soaked to prevent the water from entering the gap between boards.

Easier to Clean
The bottom of the V slot is a little wider and much flater than traditional V slot. Hence, this dead corner for dust makes cleaning and maintenance easier.

Longer Lifespan
The U slot pressed down vertically will cause change in properties of the base board. Our V slot adopts the processing method of low amplitude tilting pressing so that it will not destroy the floorboard. Hence, the laminate flooring is deformation free and long lasting.

More Beautiful Protection Layer
The V slot formed by one mould pressing is superior to the traditional V slot. Surface of the slot and surface of the floorboard adopt the same protection layer of aluminium oxide for smooth color transition, making the laminate flooring look just like the natural timber.
