PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine

The GF series PVC pipe extrusion machine is used to produce a wide variety of PVC pipes in different specifications. The pipe extrusion equipment is made up of the conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibrator, hauling machine, cutter, tilter, and more.

The extruder and tractor use AC frequency control. High quality components are utilized for the vacuum pump and traction motor. The PVC pipe extrusion machine comes with an optional two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw and ten-claw tractor. Saw cutter and planetary cutter are optional which are equipped with a length meter and thickening device. With automatic computer numeric control, the easy-to-use planetary cutter has international advanced performance. The PVC pipe extrusion machine offers reliable performance and high production efficiency.
What’s more, through the use of special devices, the extrusion machine can be used to produce spiral pipe, hollow pipe and foam core pipe.
