Description of Granulating Production Line
The wood-plastic composite granulating production line consists of a parallel or conical twin-screw extruder, die head, pelletizer, and stainless steel air cooling device. Discharging board of the die head is made of 38GrMoALA high quality alloy steel and tempered. The die undergoes gas nitriding, offering great durability. The die body uses 45# forging and provides reasonably designed runner outlet which ensures uniform extrusion of pellets. The precision elastic cutter guarantees the cut surface is smooth and the discharging plate is protected with extended lifetime. With stepless variable speed drive motor and stable running, the pelletizer of the wood plastic composite granulating production line can meet different technical requirements for granulation speed. The cyclone separator together with a number of strong air flow type blowers contributes to improved cooling efficiency and high quality of the granules.
