The wood grain aluminum compositepanel is a flat panel composed of non-toxic unbroken LDPE core bonded betweenfront wood finished aluminum sheets and back primer aluminum sheets. Thealuminum composite panel is produced in patterns that imitate wood. They havesuperior fireproof property, long life, and exceptional surface flatness. Due to their good weatherresistance, the wood grain aluminum composite panels can withstand adverseweather conditions. They are lightweight, easy to maintain and the colors canbe customized.

a) Top:Aluminum alloy sheet coated with fluoro-carbon resin (PVDF) and polyester resin(PE) roasting painting.

b) Core: Non-toxic polyethyleneor fireproof material

c) Back: Aluminum alloy sheetcoated with polyester resin painting

d) Surface finish: PVDF/PE resin,brush finish, mirror finish, wooden faced, nano painting, etc.

e) Surfacecoating thickness: 30 um 70% KYNAR PVDF
