Working Principle
The waterjet cutting machine fan cooling system is a closed type fan cooler. The return oil of the hydraulic pump is directly sent to the fan cooler, and through the heat exchange radiator of the cooler, the heat from the oil is blown away. As the return oil peak pressure of the hydraulic pump is very large, the manufacturing techniques are critical for the durability of the fan cooling system. We have added a check valve for effectively protecting the system from being damaged due to the peak pressure.

To reduce heat for the hydraulic part of the high pressure system, hydraulic oil temperature is controlled at the optimal working temperature of 30-50. This, coupled with regular inspection and replacement of the cooling liquid, can make the hydraulic pump achieve the maximal efficiency and long the service life. The power consumption is just 400 watts.

Although the use of fan cooling system results in higher investment, it can lower the running cost.
