Introduction
Based on
customers’ requirements, copper, aluminum, copper clad aluminium (CCA) conductor is evenly wrapped with one
or two layers of non-alkali fiberglass. Then the fiberglass wrapped wire is
impregnated in compatible insulating coatings of required thermal class, and baked
to make a whole between fiberglass and conductor. Our fiberglass wrapped wire products come in three
thermal classes, i.e. 130, 155, 180, and four insulation thickness classes
including 20, 30, 40, and 50. The wire is widely
applied in transformers, electromagnets, welding machines or similar electrical
instruments.
Characteristic
Insulation of the fiberglass wrapped wire has wear resistance, adhesion,
flexibility, good resistance to heat and good overload performance.

Conductor should be wrapped closely and evenly with fiberglass. The winding of
two-layer fiberglass should be wrapped in counter direction. Meanwhile,
