Vertical Machining Center

VMC0656mu is a 5-axis machining center based on the VMC-e series, with high speed, high acceleration, and high rigidity. This vertical machining center can realize high accuracy cutting at high speed, with excellent surface finish. It is widely used in the high-speed mould machining industry, and can replace EDM machining in many operations.

With high acceleration force up to 1g, this machining center is especially suited for the high-speed machining of complex curved surfaces. It has high-power spindles with speeds up to 24000 rpm. The major components are designed using finite element analysis, statistical analysis, and modal analysis to optimize the design.
