Vertical Machining Center

The VMC-h series vertical machining center is suitable for machining cylinder bodies and cylinder heads for the automotive industry, and for machining case-shaped, shell-shaped, plate-shaped, and disc-shaped parts found in the general mechanical machining applications.

The L-type construction of the machine provides for high rigidity and fast response. Each axis is driven by direct motor-coupled ball screw, for extremely high speed and accuracy. The double exchangeable pallet structure greatly reduces the clamping time for parts and greatly improves production efficiency. The rapid speeds of linear axes can reach 48 meters per minute, and acceleration can be as high as 0.7 g, which significantly reduces non-cutting time.
