Innovative Frame Structure with high Rigidity.
The main components of the machining center are cast with resin-sand technology and with high-strength cast iron, and the rectangular cross sections are strongly reinforced to provide excellent rigidity, resistance to torsional and bending distortion, and superb structural stability.
High speed rapid travels
The rapid travels of X, Y, and Z axes are up to 36 meters/minute. All three axes adopt linear guideways, and the Z-axis has no counterweight, which ensures fast movement of all axes in rapid mode, thus reducing non-cutting time and making the overall machining application very efficient.
High Speed High Accuracy Spindle
Standard RPM of the spindle is 8000 RPM.
Options for 1000, 12000, or 15000 spindles with direct-to-motor coupling are available for higher efficiency machining structure designed with safety and environmental concerns in consideration.
The z-axis adopts automatic brake and automatic locking when motor is shut down, to provide redundant protection
Ball screw bearings are lubricated with fine oil, and seals on the ends of the ball screws ensure that the bearings are maintained fully lubricated, and that foreign matter is kept out, thus extending the ser vice life of the bearings.
Both ball - screws and guideways are automatically lubricated sufficiently with fine oil, in a way that conserves oil as much as possible and maintains the interior of the machine clean
