Features
1. The vertical lathe with pallet changer RFCL63D VTL includes double workingposition, double turret, one spindle and rotary changing pallet and is a hydro electromechanical machine.
2. The machinebase is flat and a one piece box type. The machine base is suitably ridded,providing increased stiffness and vibration absorption of the machine.
3. The vertical lathe with pallet changer RFCL63D VTL is equipped with well known imported parts such as linear rolling guide ways, THK ball screws, NSK/FAG bearings, etc, ensuring the high accuracy of the machine.
4. The vertical lathe with pallet changer RFCL63D VTL is used for themachining of complicated revolving parts and available for turning thecylindrical surface, curved surface, conicalsurface and stepped surface. It canrealize external round and internal round turning as well as the external andinternal thread turning. It can be usedfor drilling, reaming, tapping and rolling.
5. Ifthe vertical lathe with pallet changer RFCL63D VTL is equippedwith special jigs, it is used for the machining of the wheel hubs. With a pallet changer system, the machineallows fixtures and parts set up on onepallet while the parts are being machined on the other, increasing productionefficiency.
6. The vertical lathewith pallet changer RFCL63D VTL is equipped with FANUC 0i TC control system,including the powerful PLC and RS232 interface through which you can connectwith an industrial robot and previous computer management, realizing unmannedoperation of the production line.
