Features
1. This series vertical lathe is suitable for finely and roughly turningcylinder and inner hole, inner and outer taper, surfacing, grooving, threading andcurving of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materialswith hard-alloyed and porcelain tools.
2. The main drive is provided by DC motor (two-step speed-change) or AC motor(16-step speed-change) to engage in table speed-change.
3. The table is thermal symmetric construction. The table spindle is centeredby a high-precision double-row short roller bearing whose radial clearance canbe adjusted.
4. With the constant flow hydrostatic guideway and oil temperature deviceapplied in axial direction, the table has features of higher swivel precision,larger load ability and smaller thermal deformation.
5. AC servomotors, whichdrive the ball-screw via rated gear-set to control the heads to feed or rapidmove composes the feed system of the vertical lathe.
6. The following guideway can be taken as horizontal guideway of vertical head:Linear dual-direction roller guideway, hydrostatic guideway, rolling andsliding guideway and slide guideway.
7. The CNC control system of the vertical lathe is provided by Siemens. OtherCNC systems can be provided on customers\' requirement.
8. On customer\'s requirement, the following can be supplied: Magazine, built-intool setting device, boring and milling ability, table indexing and feedabilities, grounding ability, cooling device, left head and whole-loop control,etc.
