Features
1. This series machine is used for finely and roughly turning cylinder andinner hole, inner and outer taper, surfacing, grooving, threading and curving ofthe ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materials withhard-alloyed and porcelain tools.
2. The feed is driven byan AC servo motor, transmitted by ball screw. The universal type vertical latheis of such construction that can be rebuilt into the CNC type.
3. The table is thermal symmetric construction. The table spindle is centeredby a high-precision double-row short roller bearing whose radial clearance canbe adjusted. With the constant flow hydrostatic guideway andoil temperature device applied in axial direction, the table has features ofhigher swivel precision, larger load ability and smaller thermal deformation.
4. The main drive is provided (two-step speed-change) by AC motor (16-stepspeed change), realizing table speeds. A DC motor can be provided on specialrequest.
5. The horizontal guideway of the rail head is of hydrostatic unloadingguideway and the guideway of the ram vertical movement is sliding guideway.
6. The digital readout device and grinding head of electric spindle can beprovided on customers\' requests.
