The single screw extruder and traction machine use AC frequency inverter for speed control. Fine quality components are utilized for the vacuum pump and traction motor. The tractor provides two-claw, three-claw, for-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, ten-claw options. Chip-free cutting, saw cutting and planetary cutting are optional. With automatic computer numeric control, the easy-to-use planetary cutter has international advanced performance. What’s more, through the use of special devices, the pipe extrusion machine can be used to produce spiral pipe, hollow pipe and foam core pipe. By changing the extruder, the extrusion line can be used to produce PP, ABS, PEX, silicone-cored pipes and others in addition to PPR and PE tubes.
