Parallel Twin Screw Extruder
The SJP series parallel twin
screw extruder is used for extrusion moulding
of a variety of PVC powder materials. Equipped with different
moulds and auxiliary machines, the extrusion equipment is applicable to
producing all kinds of PVC pipes, profiles, panels, sheets and bars, as well as
pelleting. The parallel twin screw extruder provides internal circulation cooling system for the screw,
special air cooling system for the barrel, and computer control. In addition,
the extrusion machine uses screws that meet different formula requirements of
customers, guaranteeing quality plasticizing.
With small shearing force, the parallel twin screw extruder is especially
suited for high speed extrusion of profiles, and extruding large caliber pipes.
