Paper Covered Wire

Introduction
The annealed conductor of paper covered wire is extruded or drawn from oil-free copper rod or electric round aluminum rod with a mould of certain specifications. Then the copper or aluminum conductor is wrapped with two layers’ or more than two layers’ insulation paper including telephone paper, cable paper, high voltage paper, turn-to-turn insulation paper. The paper covered wire is widely applied in oil-immersed transformers and other similar electric instruments. The extruded bare copper or aluminum wire is the ideal material for cable paper covered copper or aluminum wire.

Rectangular aluminum wire should conform to GB5584.3-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.0280Ωmm²/m
Rectangular copper wire should conform to GB5584.2-2009, the resistivity (20℃) is no more than 0.017241Ωmm²/m
