Applications
The soybean milk tubular sterilizer is applicable to the sterilization of fiber and grain products, with the sterilization temperature ranging from 90℃ to 140℃. It can be connected to any filling machine, and the control system installed on the bottom shelf can realize high precision temperature control. The materials entering from the balanced tank pump is first warmed up to the homogeneous temperature, and then heated to 90 ~ 95 ℃ for the stabilization of milk protein. Afterwards, the materials should go through ultra-high temperature sterilization, and finally cooled to the filling temperature.
